There will be a daily lucky draw with daily prizes merchandises cumulatively worth AU$40,000 & a Grand prize of cash AU$10,000 after 27th Dec 2023.
The shout is $50,000 worth of prizes to be won.
. What are the mechanics of the Promotion?
You can only qualify if you top up by AUD $5 or more (any channel/method such as Telepin, Diaspora and Online).
$5 to $9.99 = 1 entry to the Grand draw & 1 entry into daily draw
$10 to $19.99 = 4 entries to the Grand draw & 1 entry into daily draw
$20 to $49.99 = 10 entries to the Grand draw & 1 entry into daily draw
Over $50 = 25 entries to the Grand draw & 1 entry into daily draw
So the higher denomination customers top up, the more grand draw entries they receive based on their top up tier
For daily draw any Top up of $5 & above will win a single entry, for the draw for that particular day
You can Top Up as many times as you wish. Qualifying top up amount is $5 or more

4 When will the winner of Grand Draw be decided ?
Grand draw winner (Cash AU$ 10,000 worth grand prize)will be decided through lucky draw on 28th Dec 2023, after the last day of promotion is over on 27th Dec 2023
6. How are daily winners selected?
Daily winners are select based on the top up they did for that day. If you did the eligible top up of $5 or above on a given day, you will be eligible for lucky draw done next day. For Example Customers doing eligible top up on 1st Dec 2023 , lucky draw will be conducted the next day on 2nd Dec 23 to identify the 30 Daily winners.
The number will also qualify for Grand Draw on 29th December with entries as mentioned in the mechanics
7. When does the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion is valid from 15th November 2023 through to 27th December 2023.
Grand Draw is on 28th December, 2023
8. Can I take part in the Promotion?
You can participate in the Promotion if you are an “Active Prepaid Digicel Customer” you will have the opportunity to win if you top up by AUD $5 or more.
Please note that your eligibility is also subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions below.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a) Postpaid customers;
b) Employees, employees of affiliate companies associated with this Promotion
Families of Digicel employees cannot participate in the Promotion. These are spouses, children and parents.
9. How many times can I Top Up to qualify?
You can Top Up as many times as you wish. Qualifying top up amount is $5 or more
10. Will I be notified if I am in the draw?
Yes. You will get a message after topping up.
11. How can I check total entries I have?
You can dial *145# to check your total entries

12. How will the winner be notified?
a. The Selected Customer will be notified by a Digicel Representative calling the mobile phone number used by the Selected Customer to participate in the Promotion.
b. The prize is nontransferable and Digicel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, or supersede the Promotion due to circumstances outside its control.
c. Digicel’s decision is final and binding on all participants.
13. What will the selected customer need in order to claim the Prize?
During the telephone contact of the Selected Customer, full details of the prize handover (redemption) process and location will be confirmed. The customer will need to present a valid photo ID and bring the phone used to participate in the Promotion. The customer will be required to complete and sign a Redemption Form confirming their receipt of their prize and/or a Consent Release Form authorizing the use of their name and picture for marketing purposes as per the additional Terms and Conditions.

A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes claimed through this Promotion.
B. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
