Every time you spend on our network whether it’s by purchasing a plan or making a chargeable out-of-bundle call or SMS—you will accumulate reward points credited to your Rewards Wallet each month. This February, enjoy DOUBLE points!

Throughout the entire month of February, all Rewards points earned will be doubled as part of our special promotion celebrating the month of love.
2. How do I earn points on Digicel Rewards?
To earn Digicel Rewards points, you must complete a chargeable activity, such as:
· Opting into a plan
· Using out-of-bundle data, calls, or SMS
Prepaid customers will receive double the Rewards points ($$) for all chargeable events throughout February. For every dollar spent with Digicel, customers will now earn twice the usual amount in loyalty points.

3. When will I receive my doubled points?
Your double Rewards points will be credited to your account on the 3rd working day of the following month, which in this case will be March 5th.
4. Do postpaid or ISP customers qualify for double Rewards points?
No, the Double the Love promotion is exclusive to prepaid mobile customers only.
5. How will I know if I have received my Rewards points?
You will receive a confirmation text message on 5th March informing you that your Rewards points have been credited.
6. How do I check my Digicel Double Rewards?
Dial *141# and select Rewards.
