1.     How does it work?

Customers who opt in to All IN ONE plans available on MyDigicel app or USSD *123# under Home OF Entertainment and get 1 entry to get into a monthly grand prize draw of share of $10000 cash every month (1st - $5000, 2nd - $3000 , 3rd - $2000 Cash)

 

2.     Who is eligible for this offer?

Prepaid customers only.

 

3.     How many times can I enter the promotion?

Customers are eligible to enter as many times they wish during the promotional period to be eligible.

 

4.     How will I know that I am the winner?

At the end of each month, all numbers that purchased ALL IN ONE Bundles during the promotional period will be compile and an electronic draw is done to select the winner.

Note – each winner will be contacted via phone call from 123 to arrange the prize presentation day. Winners must bring a valid ID to claim their prizes.

1.     How can the ALL IN ONE be activated?

The plan can be activated by dialing short code *123#, which will take you to menu of options to choose the plan that you desire. In addition, you can be activating the plans via My Digicel Pacific App under Home of Entertainment (ALL IN ONE) & from MyCash App under Top Up – Plans.

Rules:

1.     You can only allow and have a right to activate any plan from Layer 2 & Layer 3 plans IF you still having a valid Layer 1 active Plans on your accounts and it is not expired.

2.     Bundle roll over is not allowed (If customers were OPT in twice to a same plan, any unused bundle will overwrite and fresh applied their bundle).

3.     Lower validity Higher priority.

4.     Data allotment bundle for apps provided will be the first priority for listed app if they are active, once allocated data bundle for apps finish, you will begin to consume your any use data allotment.

5.     How do I check the remaining balance for my ALL-IN-ONE Plan?

A bundle balance check using through the My Digicel Pacific App.

6.     If a customers buy a Layer 1 All in One Plan, then which Layer 2 and Layer 3 plan should customers see to purchase next. Will it be all Layer 2 & Layer 3 plan or only some will display?

Customers will be able to see all plans on Layer 2 & Layer 3 and available for them to purchase once they have a valid Layer 1 plan active on their accounts.

3.     If a customer buys Layer 1 Daily plan (valid 24hrs), then they buy Layer 2 All Data Medium plan (Valid 7 days), what happens when Layer 1 Daily plan expires. Will Layer 2 All Data Medium plan expire as well?

No. All data medium plan will stay. (Will expired once the plan validity over) eg. All data medium valid for 7 days, which mean the plan will expire in 7 days.

4.     Who is eligible for this offer?

5.     What happened if customers trying to purchase a Power Up plan from SC123 without any All In One Plan active on their accounts?
