Are there any installation fees apart from the cost of plan?
Installation fee is $99 plus $89 for the monthly subscription. Total of $188 should be paid upfront before installation.
Is there a contract period for this service and do I get to keep the equipment’s once the contract term has reached with no issues?
Minimum contract period is 12 months to 24 months.
Equipment ownership remains property of Digicel and would be claimed back if terms of agreement is not met.
Is it possible to purchase the TV equipment outright?
Yes, it is possible to purchase the TV equipment outright by paying the full cost of $499 upfront.
How many days am I paying for – how is monthly described in monthly plans?
Monthly = 30 days (Counting from Activation Date)
If I am on an existing plan, then decide to purchase another monthly plan on short code *515# in the middle of the month i.e. 20th day, will I lose out on the last 10 days of my plan?
Yes, you will have to be watchful of your 30 days and to note down the specific END dates for each month.
Can I swap plan between plan $39 & $89 in the middle or anytime of the month?
Yes , you can upgrade to a Premium plan but cannot downgrade to a lower plan.
