1.     Who is entitled to the MyCash Registration offer?

The MyCash registration offer is available to new MyCash signups.

2.     Can I claim the registration offer multiple times?

This is a one-off offer therefore you can only claim the $10 registration offer once.

3.     How can I use the $10 Registration offer in my mobile wallet?

You can use the $10 in your mobile wallet to buy cash power, topup or purchase mobile plan on MyCash App. You are not allowed to withdraw or send the $10 to another Digicel number.

4.     How can I claim the registration offer on MyCash App?

You can claim the registration offer by;

•   Logging into your MyCash app

•   Select ‘Top Up’ option on home screen

•   Enter mobile number (own/another mobile number)

•   Select Digicel plans

•   Choose ‘Registration Offer’ from the list of plans on drop down menu 

•   Enter PIN

•   Submit to claim the $10 registration offer

Note: Customer must have $1 or more in his/her mobile wallet in order to claim the registration offer. For new MyCash App users – deposit $1 at one of our MyCash Agents to claim the registration offer.

5.     How will I be eligible for this promotion?

If you are a Digicel sim user, and have installed the app & registered for MyCash app on your phone, then you will be eligible to claim the $10 registration offer on MyCash App.

6.     How can I sign up for MyCash?

You can sign up for MyCash through any our Digicel Sales Executives or visit any of our flagship stores located at SNPF Plaza, Faleolo Airport or Frankies Salelologa to sign up. Our Reps will assist with your registration and how to install the MyCash app on your device. Simply bring a valid ID with you. The following is accepted:

•   Valid Driver’s License

•   Valid Passport

•   NPF ID (issued within 1 year)

•   Voters ID (issued within 1 year)

•   Pension ID

•   Student ID + Birth Certificate

7.     What if I don’t have a smartphone and I want to register for MyCash, will I be able to claim the MyCash registration offer?

The MyCash registration offer is only available on the Digicel MyCash App therefore you must have a smartphone to claim the registration offer.
