  1. Who is eligible for DTV? DTV is open to all customers on any device! If you have a data connection and a smartphone, TV, or computer, you're all set.

  2. How do I sign up for DTV?

It's easy!

A. Through the App: (Android)

o   Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

o   Search for DTV by Digicel Pacific.

o   Download and install the app.

o   Open the app and sign up to start streaming.

o   If you don’t have a plan:

  • Open your profile and go to "Plans and Payments" (top right corner of your screen).

  • Choose your payment method: buy a plan through the MyDigicel Pacific app, pay with a credit card, use a mobile wallet, or redeem a voucher.

B. Through the App: (iOS)

o   Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

o   Search for DTV by Digicel Pacific.

o   Download and install the app.

o   Open the app, sign up, and enjoy streaming on the go.

o   If you don’t have a plan:

  • Go to "Plans and Payments" in your profile. (Top right corner of your screen)

  • Choose to buy a plan through the MyDigicel Pacific app or use a credit card, mobile wallet, or redeem a voucher.

C. Through the Web

o   Visit the DTV website: tv.digicelpacific.com.

o   Log in using your existing DTV credentials or create an account if you’re new.

o   If you don’t have a plan:

  • Go to the "Plans and Payments" section in your profile. (Top right corner of your screen)

  • Choose to buy a plan through the MyDigicel Pacific app or use a credit card, mobile wallet, or redeem a voucher.

  • Start streaming your favorite content instantly on your browser!

D. Through TV:  Android

o   On your Android TV, open the Google Play Store.

o   Search for DTV by Digicel Pacific.

o   Select and install the app.

  • Open the app and select the country.

  • Login or input the device code into the DTV Web to register the TV

  • How can I buy a plan? You can top up your DTV account through various methods, including:

  • What are the different subscription plans available? You can explore various plans in the MyDigicel App. Available plans may vary by country.

  • Can I pause my subscription? No, subscriptions cannot be paused.

  2. Can I watch DTV on my TV? Yes, you can watch DTV on your smart TV or by connecting a Android streaming device.

  3. Can I watch DTV on my phone or tablet? Yes, you can watch DTV on your smartphone or tablet by downloading the DTV app.

  4. Can I watch DTV on my computer? Yes, you can watch DTV on your computer through the DTV website – tv.digicelpacific.com

  5. How do I watch Live Channels? Use the following instructions as a guide.

  • Step 1: Open the DTV app and log in with your Digicel mobile number

  •   Step 2: Once on the homepage, click the “Live TV” dashboard to see the full channel listing.

  • Step 3: Once you select a channel, tap the play button in the middle of the screen to start the feed. A Program Guide below the channel feed shows what is playing or coming up next.

6. How do I use the Channel Guide? Use the following instructions as a guide.

  • Step 1: Open the DTV app. Select "Login" on the login page and enter your Digicel mobile number.

  • Step 2: Once on the homepage, tap on the “Live TV” button to see the full channel listing.

  • Step 3: Select “Program Guide” to open the full channel guide and scroll horizontally to go through the ongoing and upcoming programs by the hour.

  1. How can I contact DTV customer support?

  • Head to your profile (top right corner) and click on “Give feedback” to browse our FAQs, access our chatbot, or chat with our support team.   

2. The channels are not streaming, what do I do? Possible solutions are below.

  •  Tap the avatar icon in the top right corner to access your account, go to ‘Your Settings’, and select ‘Clear Cache’.

  • Log out from your account, then log in again.

  • Check if there are ‘locks’ over the live channels. If so, you will need an active plan to stream.

  • Hold down the DTV app icon for a few seconds on your device for more info and tap ‘App details in store’ to check if a new update is available for you to use.

  • Activate flight mode for 5-10 seconds, then switch off flight mode and try again.

3 What should I do if I'm having trouble with DTV?

  • Check that your subscription is valid

  • You have an internet connection

  • Ensure that you have the latest version installed
