1.     Customers who have an existing Unwired device and want to sign up for the All-in-One Home Plan can use the same device.

2.     This plan is based on a monthly prepay service.

3.     Current Triple Play Terms & Conditions apply together with these additional Terms and Conditions for this product.

4.     This offer is applicable to Sky/Unwired Prepaid customers only. For inactive Sky subscribers, additional charges may apply for parts and service calls.

5.     Postpay customers can opt in provided their bill is cleared, and the account will be converted to prepaid mode with no invoice issued.

6.     The bundle will auto-renew when the TV plan renews. If the subscriber has sufficient balance after 30 days, the whole package (Sky Pacific + 1,000GB Anytime + 30GB Prepaid) will auto-renew.

7.     There is no rollover of unused data upon auto-renewal.

8.     Subscribers can purchase $20 for 12GB or $10 for 5GB top-up bundles if they exhaust the awarded bundle before expiry.

9.     Top-up bundles expire together with the primary bundle.

10. Top-up bundles do not roll over unused data and do not auto-renew.

11. Plan changes will adjust the billing due date from the date of the change.

1.     If I am streaming online via my All-in-One Plan, what bundle will it be charged on?

Anytime bundle, unless a specific streaming bundle is provided.

2.     When does the GSM (mobile) data load for new All-in-One Plan signups?

Instantly, and it renews every month with 30GB data.

3.     Does my billing cycle change if I move to the new plan?

Yes, for new customers, it starts from the date Sky Pacific is activated.

4.     I am an existing Triple Play customer; can I switch to this $105 plan?

Yes, and you will be rebated for any unused data if at least 60% remains.

5.     Can I top up my account if I exhaust my data bundle?

Yes, with a top-up bundle that expires with your primary bundle.

6.     Where can I make payments?

Any Digicel Outlet, MyCash, or online. Some methods may take up to 5 working days to reflect in the system.

7.     Can I pay at a third-party outlet?

Yes, but activation occurs only after Finance verifies the payment.

8.     What if I pay after working hours or during weekends/public holidays?

Payment updates on the next working day after verification by Finance.

9.     How do I change my Wi-Fi details?

Change your Wi-Fi password periodically via your modem to prevent unauthorized access.

10. What happens if my data finishes?

Top up via a retail store or wait for the next bundle renewal.

11. How do I check my data balance?

  • SMS: Text your Unwired Modem Number to 7202020 (free from Digicel mobiles).

  • Modem Portal: Log in via 192.168.1.1 (Blade) or 192.168.8.1 (Pocket MiFi) with admin/admin credentials.
