2.      Who is eligible for this promo?
This offer is available to Prepaid customers only.

 

3.      How can I purchase this plan?
You can access the new data plans by dialing *675#. Use the following steps as a guide.

Activation via prepaid menu:

Step 1: Dial *675# to access the prepaid menu.

Step 2: Select option 2 for Data Plans, select option 6 for 7Days.

Step 3: Select option 4 for 50GB + DTV Access.

Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.

 

4.      How will I know if my purchase was successful?
You will receive an SMS confirmation after purchase. You can also dial *130# to check your active bundle.

 

Sample message: Your Data_DTV K40_7D bundle is active and expires within 7days. Your plan will be auto renewed for the same price. To opt out, dial *675# and select Option 9.

 

5.      How will I know that my bundle has expired?

You will receive an SMS confirmation after purchase. You can also dial *130# to check your active bundle.

 

Sample message: Your Data_DTV K40_7D bundle plan has expired. Buy Bikpla Data or REDclub Plans for the BEST value in PNG! Dial *675#.

 

6.      Can I check my remaining data balance?

Yes, dial *130# to view your remaining data balance and bundle status.

 

7.      Can I subscribe to the bundle more than once?
Yes, multiple subscriptions are allowed. A new bundle can be activated once the current one expires or is depleted.

 

8.      Is there a data split in this bundle?

The 7Day Data + DTV Premium bundle gives a total of 50GB for 7 days, split into 36GB open data (for any browsing, apps, and internet use) and 14GB dedicated to DTV Premium Access where 2GB is given daily for streaming on the DigicelTV App.

 

9.      Does streaming on the DigicelTV App consume my data?

Streaming on the DigicelTV App is included as part of the bundle. However, any usage outside the DigicelTV App will consume your regular data allowance.

 

10.  Can I use this bundle for other streaming apps (e.g., YouTube, Netflix)?

No, the streaming benefit applies only to the DigicelTV App. Other apps will use your regular data

 

11.  How long is the plan valid for?
The bundle is valid for 7 days from the time of activation.

 

12.  Is the bundle transferable?
No, this bundle is non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted to another user.
