The Digicel PNG CellMoni Merchant Cashback Promotion rewards customers with 10% cashback when they make payments using their Digicel PNG CellMoni Wallet at participating merchants nationwide.

2. How much cashback can I receive?

Customers will receive 10% cashback on eligible merchant payments, up to a maximum of K10 cashback per day.

3. When does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from 1 April to 30 June 2026.

4. Who is eligible for the promotion?

The promotion is open to all active Digicel PNG CellMoni customers with sufficient wallet balance.

5. Where can I use CellMoni Merchant Payments?

You can use CellMoni Merchant Payments at participating Digicel PNG CellMoni Merchants nationwide.

Look out for:

• Merchant QR Codes

• Merchant IDs displayed at the point of sale

6. How do I make a payment using CellMoni?

Customers can pay using either:

Option 1: CellMoni App

• Open the CellMoni App

• Select “Scan & Pay”

• Scan the merchant QR code

• Follow the prompts to complete payment

Option 2: USSD

• Select:
  Payments → Pay Merchant

• Follow the prompts

7. How many times can I receive cashback?

Cashback applies only to the first eligible merchant payment made each day.

8. When will I receive my cashback?

Cashback is credited instantly to your CellMoni Wallet after a successful qualifying transaction.

9. Will I receive confirmation after payment?

Yes. Both the customer and the merchant will receive an SMS confirmation once the transaction is successfully completed.

10. Is there a minimum spend required?

Eligible cashback applies to qualifying merchant payment transactions made through CellMoni. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

11. Can I use cashback for future payments?

Yes. Cashback received into your CellMoni Wallet can be used for future eligible transactions and services available on CellMoni.
