1. What does the Dynamic DTV 800GB Plan include?

This plan includes 800GB Anytime data and DTV access, both valid for 30 days from activation.
There is no separate DTV-only or streaming data included.

2. How much does the plan cost?

The plan costs $40 for 30 days.

3. What type of data is included in the plan?

All 800GB is Anytime data, meaning you can use it for anything — streaming, browsing, social media, downloads, gaming, video calls and watching DTV.

4. Does this plan include separate DTV streaming data?

No. Unlike some other Dynamic plans, this plan does not include a separate DTV data allocation.
All usage, including DTV viewing, deducts from the 800GB Anytime data.

5. How do I activate the Dynamic DTV 800GB Plan?

You can activate it through:

·       MyDigicel App

·       MyCash

·       *USSD: 555#

7. What happens if I use up all 800GB before 30 days?

You can continue using the service by purchasing another Dynamic plan from the MyDigicel App or USSD.

8. Do I get rollover if I have unused data at expiry?

No. Unused Anytime data will expire at the end of the 30-day validity period.

9. Who is eligible for the Dynamic DTV 800GB Plan?

This plan is only for Unwired prepaid customers.
Triple Play, All In Home and Postpaid customers cannot activate it unless they convert their account type.

12. Can I get a refund if I cancel before the 30 days are over?

No. All payments are final and no refunds are provided for unused data or unused days.

13. How do I pay for the plan?

You can pay using:

·       MyDigicel App

·       MyCash

·       USSD *555#

·       Retail stores

·       Dealer outlets

·       Online/SMS banking (processing time varies)

14. What if I stop using my Unwired service?

You must return your modem/MiFi to a Digicel Store and complete an account closure form.

15. Is this offer permanent?

This is a Christmas promotional offer and may be removed or modified after 31 December 2025.

  • The plans provided are for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized redistribution or sharing of content may lead to service termination.

  • This plan is not applicable to commercial, All in Home, Triple Play and Unwired Post-paid customers.

  • Payments made for subscriptions are final; any additional charges incurred due to currency exchange rates or bank fees are to be borne by the customer.

  • Pricing for all Unwired Dynamic Plans is subject to change; prices are displayed on the website and customers will be informed of any changes with reasonable notice.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; however, no refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period of Unwired.

  • Purchasing must be made through the available payment methods indicated by Digicel. Subscriptions are activated only upon successful payment. Plans can be purchased through: MyCash, MyDigicel App and by dialing USSD (*555#).
