Digicel Fiji Pte Limited, in compliance with the National Payment System Regulations 2022, section 26, hereby publishes the 2026 list of MyCash accounts that have been inactive for 18 or more consecutive months and have remaining balances.

 

What does this mean for you?

If your name appears on the 2026 Unclaimed Monies List, you may submit a claim for the remaining funds held against your inactive MyCash account.

 

How to claim your funds:

Visit one of the following Digicel Fiji outlets and bring a valid photo ID for verification and completion of the MyCash Unclaimed Money Submission Form:

  • Digicel TappooCity, Suva City – Central

  • Digicel Jetpoint, Martintar, Nadi – Western

  • Digicel Labasa, Labasa Town – Northern

 

Important Dates:

The deadline to submit a claim is 30 November 2026. Funds remaining unclaimed after the claim period will be transferred to the Reserve Bank of Fiji in accordance with the applicable unclaimed monies process.
