1. What is the Student Plan?

2. Who can sign up to this plan?
Students only are eligible to sign up to this plan. Student from Year 7 up to University with a valid school ID.
3. How to sign up?
Student to visit our Retail, Kiosk or Sales Agent and present their valid Student ID to be whitelisted in the Student Plan.
4. Is there any other method to be whitelisted in this Student Plan?
No, the only method is to present your Student ID and team responsible will get it whitelisted for you to have access to that specific Student Plan.
5. How long is the student plan valid for?
Once your mobile number is whitelisted, you can purchase the plan up to Dec 31st 2025. After 31st Dec 2025, the plan will be removed.
6. What happens after I sign up to the Student Plan?
You will receive a confirmation message of receipt of your plan bundles
7. Does the Student Pan rollover?
· Yes, if bundles are not fully used and you re opt-in before the plan expiry date, you existing bundle will rollover to the new subscription.
· If bundle is expired and you re opt-in, standard bundle will be received. No rollover applies.
8. If I am not whitelisted to this Student plan, can I see it on the USSD menu?
No, the plan can only be visible on the USSD menu if your Mobile number is whitelisted to this offer
