How to enter the draw?
1. Customer top up by 200VT or more and to enter draw for a chance to win an Isuzu D Max Single Cab and giveaways worth 4.5million VATU.
Who can take part in the promotion?
All prepaid customers can take part in the promotion as long as the eligible top up amount is topped up and other eligible activities done
Does the promotion apply to any top up amount?
✓ No, eligible top up amount is from 200VT+ through ALL top up platforms AND from MyCash the eligible top up is from 200VT+
✓ The more you top up the better your chances to win. Top up platform are vouchers, phone to phone, online top up, Bank top up (NBV, Bred) and MyCash.
✓ Topping up through MyCash, during Flash Top up days and through MDA gives you extra entries into the draw.
How will customer know they have entered the draw?
Every time a top up is done, customer will be notified accordingly.

Since there was a change in amount of top up from 300VT to 200VT, those who topped up 200VT/more
from 1st November 2024 till date will still be considered into the draw.
Winner Selection: The prize winners will be randomly selected through a secure electronic draw platform
on draw dates from all active prepaid Digicel users
Prize Claim: Following the selection process, the winner will be notified via phone call. To claim the
prize, the winner must respond to the call within one (28) business day. Upon receipt of the winner's
confirmation, the prizes can be picked up from either the Digicel Head Office, a Digicel Store or
any Digicel Offices in Vanuatu, whichever is most convenient to the winner's geographical location.
If the prize is not claimed by the winner within (28) business day, it will be subject to a redraw.
Verification: Digicel reserves the right to request valid identification from winners for verification purposes.

Liability
Digicel Vanuatu is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or other events beyond its control that may affect participation in the promotion.
Digicel Vanuatu will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants as a result of their participation in the promotion or the acceptance and use of any prize.
Who cannot participate in the Promotion?
▪ Any current director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel;
▪ Immediate families of current Digicel employees;
▪ Employees and immediate families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion;
▪ Non-Subscribers: Please register for Digicel prepaid service and maintain your active subscription throughout the promotion period to qualify for the promotion.”
