How will winners be contacted?

• Digicel will contact the received winners and arrange with them for the prize handover. For Sender winners, they will be contacted by the Diaspora Team in New-Zealand or Australia and arranged for the prize payment.

• Note that a picture of the winner with prize handover will be taken for social post.

1. The Pacific Diaspora – JULY to AUGUST Win Shopping and Petrol Vouchers promotion will run from Friday 10th July 2026 00:01am until Friday, 28th August 2026 11.59pm (7 weeks) for customers living in NZ and Australia Promotion Authority Number (NSW) TP/03554.

2. The Pacific Diaspora – JULY to AUGUST Win Shopping and Petrol Vouchers promotion allows customers in NZ & Australia who sends a Top Up to the value of $30 NZD/AUD or more, or an IMT money transfer to family and friends in the Pacific to qualify for a prize pool

I. Winner receives Petrol or Grocery vouchers worth $100 (sender) and 1,000VT (receiver)

II. II. There are a total of 14 prize winners drawn from the diaspora market;

III. III. The respective receiver wins voucher (clause 5 for prize breakdown) also, therefore there are 14 local pacific market winners.

IV. IV. There are 2 x voucher prizes drawn each week for 7 weeks, this means 1 x NZ and 1 x AUS winners drawn each week.

V. Top Up of $30 NZD/AUD, or money transfer to the value of $300 or more, will qualify the customer an entrance in to the weekly draw.

3. How to qualify for the promotion

When a customer does an eligible action (as listed above), receiver will automatically receive an entry into the draw to win a prize (1 of 14 voucher prizes) drawn at the end of each week between Friday 17th July and Friday 28th August 2026, a total of 14 weekly draws

4. Eligible action

5. The local receiver customer of the drawn diaspora winner will also receive a voucher prize as stipulated in the prize breakdown column in clause 5 above. The local receiver will be contacted by the respective Digicel Pacific marketing executive.

6. Digicel will perform the requisite verifications prior to contacting each winner, to ensure they are not Digicel employees, dealer principals or employees of any of our affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, dealers, distributors, or anyone else connected with this promotion and their immediate family members and household members who are not eligible for entry. For this purpose, family members include spouses, partners, siblings and children.

7. Results for the draw will also be posted on Digicel Facebook pages for each market. The winner may be contacted to participate in promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, the prize winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, image and photograph for any and all programming and/or promotional or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by us or our agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit the right to claim the prize.

8. Digicel will not be responsible for:

I. Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software;

II. Unauthorized human intervention in any part;

III. Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion.

9. Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the promotion, to amend its terms and conditions or to withdraw the promotion. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers, and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

10. Digicel reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety, or proper play of the promotion. In such event, Digicel hereby specifically reserve the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up until the time of the impairment.
