1. Who can join the promotion?
All Digicel prepaid customers in Vanuatu aged 18 and above.
2. How do I enter?
Top up 200VT or more through any top-up channel (vouchers, online, bank, MyCash, MDA). Each 200VT top-up = 1 entry.
3. Does the amount I top up matter?
Yes! More top-ups mean more entries. Each 200VT (or more) top-up counts separately.
4. What about top-ups below 200VT?
These do not qualify for entry. Cumulative top-ups (e.g. 100VT twice) are also not eligible.
5. What are the booster entries?
Get 5X entries every Saturday and Sunday when you top up 200VT or more.
6. Can I exchange the prize for cash?
Only winners in outer islands can receive 50,000VT via MyCash or NBV. Winners in Efate or Santo must do the Trolley Dash and cannot exchange it for cash.
7. How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted directly by Digicel and given details about their prize and dash date.
8. What if I live in a remote area?
If you can't access a Digicel office or the designated store, Digicel will deposit the prize value into your NBV or a nominated relative’s account after verification.
