This notice serves to inform you that as of 30th June 2022, the PlayGo app and as of 29th July 2022, Billo and D’Music app will no longer be included in Digicel’s suite of apps (with no new customers for those services as of 29th June 2022). PlayGo app will be replaced by the new DigicelTV app which will be live from 1st July.
We have been listening to you, our customers, and in honouring our customer promise to always act on your feedback, we are moving away from these apps. You will get the same great value for money that our Digicel Prime Bundles offer, but instead of being restricted to Billo for storage and D’Music for music, we’re providing you with new options and leaving the choice up to you to decide how to use your dedicated data.
Going forward, we will focus our energies on continuing to deliver excellent customer experience through our amazing Digicel Prime Bundles and the BiP, MyDigicel app and services. Thank you for your feedback and continued loyalty.

GoLoud App Decommission Notice
We would like to inform, GoLoud app will be decommissioned from our Digital suite of apps and local radio stations will be transitioned to the DigicelTV App.
The DTV App offers a wide variety of features, will bring better streaming experience of the radio stations, and will bring operational efficiency within the Digicel business.
The basic package for Digicel TV app offers 6 channels + 2 local channels and now will include radio stations. As of 1st December GoLoud App will cease to exist.
1. What is this about?
Digicel will decommission the GoLoud app across its territories and transition all its local radio stations to DigicelTV App.
GoLoud is a digital audio app that offers podcasts, live radio and music all in one place.
2. What can I expect once the app is decommissioned?
Any purchase of Prime Bundles after the effective discontinuation date will no longer include free access to GoLoud. This also applies to,
• GoLoud rewards in Shake It feature of MyDigicel
• SMS notifications for Prime Bundles activations
• Social media and other areas where the app was promoted
3. What will happen to the live radio stations available in GoLoud?
The live radio stations from GoLoud will soon be featured in DigicelTV App, under the Live Radio menu. This include:
Radio 2AP
MagikFM
StarFM
EyeSpy radio
Laufou
4. When will the local radio stations go live on DigicelTV app?
This will be confirmed by the Digital team once the full integration of the stations is completed from GoLoud app to DigicelTV App.
5. How will customers be notified about this?
An SMS broadcast will go out to existing smartphone users who have downloaded or used GoLoud with this message:
“Dear valued customer, please be informed GoLoud app will no longer work after 30th November! Download DTV app here & stream live TV & Radio.”
GoLoud re-direct message: “As of December 1, GoLoud will no longer be in this region. Download the DigicelTV app for FREE to enjoy live TV & Radio now. Click here: (http://bitly.ws/sv9U)”
6. What will happen to my GoLoud data on my Prime bundle?
The allocated GoLoud bundle on Prime bundles will be removed and your DigicelTV bundle will be charged when you stream radio on DigicelTV App.
7. How can I download the DigicelTV App?
It is available for download on PlayStore and AppStore. Click this link here to download.
8. Is DigicelTV App available to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers to use?
Yes, both prepaid and postpaid subscribers can download and use the DTV App.
9. Why is the Goloud App transitioning to DigicelTV App?
Digicel aims to give our customers the best experience when streaming live radio on their phones anytime and anywhere. In this regard, Digicel has decided to step away from the GoLoud app and offer a more improved mobile application.
10. Will I need to delete the GoLoud app from my phone and download the new Digicel TV App?
Yes, all users with the GoLoud app are advised to remove (uninstall) GoLoud and download the new DigicelTV App available in PlayStore and AppStore.
11. Will I still be able to use my GoLoud data until the 1st December?
Yes, if you are currently on a plan with allocated GoLoud data you will be able to use your bundle until the expiry date.
12. What device operating system is DigicelTV App compatible on?
Operating Systems compatible to download apps are, Android 5 or higher and IOS 11 or higher.

For all existing Billo users, you can still access your file via the Lifebox app (subscription-based third-party app) using your Billo login credentials.
