3. How do I top up using MyCash?

Follow these steps:

4. If topping up your own number, enter the amount

  • To top up someone else, swipe to “Another Mobile”, enter their number and the amount

5. Tap “Continue”

6. Review all details before selecting “Confirm”

7. Enter your PIN to complete the transaction

No, it applies to all Top up regardless of the amount. It just has be done using MyCash platforms (via app or *888#).

8. Does the 10% bonus apply on top-ups made through the MyDigicel App (MDA)?

No. The 10% bonus only applies to top-ups made directly through the MyCash App or by dialling *888#.

9. What can I use the bonus Top up for?

The bonus credit can be used for:

10. Will the Top up expire?

Yes. If unused, top up credit will expire after 90 days.

Check that:

  • The transaction was successful. You should receive a confirmation SMS, and the top up amount should be deducted from your MyCash balance
