1. What is Triple play?
Triple play is an all-in-one package that includes TV, Home Internet (Router/Mifi) & Mobile. The package includes Premium TV Channels, Massive Home Data & Mobile plan with generous data allowance, access to DTV Premium channels and Unlimited calls & text.
2. What are the available plans for Triple play?
There are currently 2 available plans that customer can choose from;
a. Home Super Plan $299
Includes: Digicel TV Plan, Home Internet Plan & 1 x prepaid mobile connection valid for 30 days

3. Is there an installation fee required?
As a promotional offering for 3 months No deposit or installation fees is required. However, this may change post the promotional period.
4. Which account is the parent or responsible account for the triple play offer?
The TV is the parent/responsible account. Payment for the triple play will be posted under the TV account.
5. I am an existing TV customer; can I switch to Home Super or Home Premium plan?
Yes, you can switch to Triple Play home plans anytime. Visit Digicel Main Office or Salelologa to sign up.
6. Can I top up the individual services if I exhaust my Triple Play home bundles?
Yes, you can top up your individual Router/Mifi or Mobile and purchase plans on MyDigicel App or *123# if your Triple Play home bundles is fully utilized before expiry.
7. Where can I make payments?
Payment can be made at any Digicel Outlet,
*515# or
Online bill payment.
More payment methods will be communicated once available which includes My Cash.
Note: payment update vary by methods (Online payment) may take up to 1 or 3 working days to process depending on the Bank’s payment transfer process.
8. What if I pay after working hours or during weekend/public holidays?
Payment updates on the next working day after verification by Finance. Pay via *515# and connect within minutes.
9. Can I add more mobile numbers to the Triple Play account?
Unfortunately, the number of mobile connections that can be added to the Triple play accounts is limited based on plan setup. Refer to question 2.
10. Can I change the TV, Mobile or Router/Mifi number anytime?
Yes, changing/replacing an existing TV, Router/Mifi or mobile number in your Triple Play account is possible within the month. However, the bundle allowance will not attach to the new number until the Triple play account is renewed.
An early plan renewal can be applied to change/replace numbers in the account. You are responsible to pay for the plan renewal before expiry.
11. Is there a data rollover for used data?
No, data rollover is not applicable to Triple Play plans.
12. How can I check data balance for my Router/Mifi?
You can check your router/mifi data balance by dialling *145*Router/MifiNumber# send on your mobile device or having this set up on My Digicel App.
13. Can I pay for my TV only?
Your Digicel TV account number or TV Box ID is your primary account where you would need to make the payment to trigger the full set of home Super and Home Premium bundles.

Includes Free 5G Router and Digicel TV Installation at Premises on a promotional basis.
The charge or bill will be applied to the parent or master account which is Digicel TV.
Home Super Includes 1 mobile sim + 1 Router sim while Home Premium includes 3 Mobile sims + 1 router sims. Bundles are awarded to each individual sims or device.
Multiple devices can be accessed via WiFi from the Router
This Offer is for residential or home or personal entertainment use only (i.e. it is not for use in relation to or arising out of business or commerce or community events involving high number of audience).
Upon expiry of your 30-day validity or bundle depletion, customer needs to make a payment of plan amount to the parent or Digicel TV account for award of bundles again.
Standard Prepaid or Home Internet plans or Postpaid plans will be available as add on options to individual accounts.
Home Super & Home Premium bundles does not rollover i.e. if you have not fully used your Home Super 1TB data by the end of 30 days or when it expires, the remaining data will be forfeited.
Digicel Calls and SMS is Unlimited and included with Mobile Sims.
Bundled Minutes include local offnet and international destinations to Top 15 countries only - similar Prepaid Prime bundles.
Digicel TV (DTH) relates with satellite TV with 26 Premium Channels and is different from the DTV App
DTV Premium App Access allows mobile users to watch up to 27 channels including radio channels.
Minimum Term of 12 months from date of creation with 12 monthly plan renewals.
Customer can also purchase a 5G Router and MiFi at full retail price for transfer of full ownership at $559 for 5G Router/MiFi and $399 for 4G Router| Mifi and $499 for TV Equipment with Dish Kit and Set Top Box.
Fair Usage policy will apply to control misuse or abuse
Plan will extend every 90 days unless written notice to OOTR on closure of promotion
Digicel reserves the right to withdraw product from market with 30 days’ notice to customer for abuse and misuse of the product
