Brett Goschen is a seasoned telecommunications executive with extensive experience across financial leadership, operational management and complex international markets. Brett has held senior executive and CEO positions across some of the world's leading telecommunications businesses. He previously served as Group CFO of MTN, one of Africa's largest telecommunications groups, and more recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Vodafone Qatar.

As Chartered Accountant, Brett combines strong commercial and operational expertise with a sharp focus on risk, governance and compliance. His experience across complex markets has given him deep exposure to areas including AML, fraud and sanctions, strengthening his ability to navigate challenging regulatory and operating environments.

As Group Chief Financial Officer, Brett is responsible for driving strong financial governance, performance and sustainable growth across the organisation, supporting Digicel Pacific's continued development across Papua New Guinea and its Pacific Hub markets.
