How to View and Activate Exclusive Offers

2. Select "Exclusive Plans" from the menu
3. View available offers & follow the prompts to buy.

Open MyDigicel App
Scroll down the Homepage to “Offer for You”
View your available Exclusive plans & tap on plan to buy●
Method 2: From Plans & Bundles
1. Open MyDigicel App.
2. Tap “Plans & Bundles” at the bottom left of your screen
3. Tap “Available Plans”
4. Tap “Offers for You”
5. View or buy your exclusive plan
Tip: After topping up please wait 10 minutes for your balance to update before activating
Only selected Digicel prepaid customers who receive a promotion SMS or see the offer in *555# or the MyDigicel App are able to purchase them. Eligibility is determined by Digicel Fiji and may vary, not all customers will qualify.
Each offer is valid only during the dates communicated via the promotion SMS.
Receiving a promotion SMS indicates eligibility during the stated offer window but does not guarantee activation if prerequisites (sufficient credit) are not met.
To activate, customers must opt-in via *555# or MyDigicel APP and have sufficient prepaid credit. Top-up delay: After you top up, it may take up to 10 minutes for your balance to update. During this window, opt-ins may fail or not appear; retry after the processing period.
Successful activation will be confirmed by SMS. If confirmation is not received, please wait 10 minutes and recheck before contacting customer support.
Opt-In Limits & Auto-Renewal: The number of times an Eligible Customer can opt in (single or multiple) will be stated in the promotion SMS or *555#/MyDigicel app. Unless explicitly stated, Exclusive Offers do not auto-renew. If auto-renewal applies, it will be clearly indicated, and the applicable renewal price will be visible in the MyDigicel app/*555# or SMS.

Exclusive Offers are shown only to selected prepaid customers. If you’re eligible, they will appear under *555# → Exclusive Plans or Offers for You in MyDigicel app.
3. Can I opt in more than once?
Some offers allow multiple opt-ins. While some offers are one-time/Single optin only. This will be clearly stated in the SMS or the offer details in MyDigicel app/*555#.
4. Will my exclusive plan auto-renew?
Exclusive plans do not autorenew. Exclusive offer prices and bundles are redeemed by opt-in only directly from the Exclusive offer channels on *555#/
