Upon data exhaustion or 30-day expiry: Customers must purchase a new plan to continue using the service.
New plans are available from the "MyDigicel App," starting with a Dynamic plan at $19.50 for 75GB or a Hero plan at $40 for 800GB.
4. Account Closure and Device Return
Should the customer decide not to continue using the Unwired service, they are required to return the Unwired modem/MiFi device to a Digicel Store.
5. Suspension of Service
To temporarily suspend an account, the customer is required to complete a closure form.
The account will then be reverted to standard standalone subscription fees.
Prepay users must heed a reconnect notice, or their account will be permanently disconnected without notice.

Advance Payments: Customers can make advance payments of any amount to their Prepaid Account.
