Roary Stasko is an experienced telecommunications executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across mobile, consumer, strategy, finance and international operations in Asia, the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific.

As Group CEO of Digicel Pacific, Roary brings deep experience in mobile telecommunications, commercial growth and operating complex international businesses. He has been closely involved with Digicel Pacific since Telstra’s acquisition of the business in 2022, including as a member of the Digicel Pacific Board.

Before taking on the Group CEO role, Roary was CEO of Telstra International delivering sustained growth, margin expansion and significant portfolio and operating transformation. He previously served as Divisional CFO of Telstra’s Consumer and Small Business segment.

Earlier in his career, Roary held senior strategy and operating roles at Telstra and Ooredoo, including helping launch Ooredoo Myanmar as one of the country’s first new mobile operators. He brings a global perspective to Digicel Pacific, with a focus on strengthening performance, investing in mobile connectivity and creating lasting value for customers, communities, governments and shareholders across the Pacific.
