Sally Williams is an experienced people and organisational leader with 20 years of experience across human resources and program management. She joins Digicel Pacific from Telstra, where she built a strong reputation as a trusted people leader with deep HR expertise. As Group Chief People Officer, Sally leads the people agenda across Digicel Pacific, bringing together the PNG and Hub HR teams under a single Group function. Working closely with leadership teams across the organisation, she is focused on building a common culture, developing future leaders, strengthening employee engagement and creating a great place to work for people across all of Digicel Pacific's markets.
