Steve Long is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, spanning both challenger and market-leading telecommunications companies as well as operators in both mature and emerging markets.

Before joining Digicel Pacific, Steve spent 9 years at Telstra, holding senior executive positions across Consumer, Wholesale and Telstra Business. During his career, he has led major business transformations, portfolio initiatives and operational teams, including the transformation of Telstra's Wholesale business and the integration of a 1,200-employee subsidiary.

Steve is recognised for his strong commercial acumen, energy and passion for developing people and high-performing teams. He brings extensive experience across customer strategy, business growth, transformation and telecommunications leadership.

As Regional CEO of Digicel Pacific's Hub Markets, Steve leads the business across Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu and Nauru. Additionally, he is the Digicel Pacific Group CCO (which includes PNG and Hub markets). He is passionate about the role telecommunications plays in connecting people, communities and businesses and is committed to building strong relationships across the Pacific while supporting the continued growth of Digicel's markets.
