across the Pacific
Tim Bryson is a senior external affairs and stakeholder engagement leader with more than two decades of experience across mining, diplomacy, Australian federal politics and corporate affairs. Before joining Digicel Pacific, Tim led external engagement for Newmont across Australia and Papua New Guinea. He also served in two diplomatic postings to Papua New Guinea and was Chief of Staff to Australia's Minister for International Development, where he advised on major regional priorities, including matters relating to Telstra's acquisition of Digicel Pacific.
Tim brings extensive experience working with governments, regulators, industry bodies and strategic partners across complex and highly regulated environments. His career has placed him at the intersection of government, business, community and geopolitical affairs, giving him a deep understanding of the relationships and operating environments that shape the Pacific region.
As Group Head of External Affairs, Tim leads Digicel Pacific's government relations, stakeholder engagement and strategic external affairs across Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Hub markets. His personal connection to Papua New Guinea and extensive regional experience further strengthen his role in supporting Digicel Pacific's long-term relationships and contribution to the communities in which it operates.
