Digicel is offering Free REDclub access to all Port Moresby-based prepaid customers; with free
access to purchase exclusive plans for Data, 1TOK or voice bundles only found in the REDclub
menu.
2. How long will the campaign run?
The campaign launched on 22 March 2024 and will run until further notice.
3. Who is eligible for this free offer?
Only Digicel prepaid customers in Port Moresby.
4. How do I get started?
An SMS notification from 400 will go to recipients of the Free REDclub campaign as follows:
“Congratulations, you have been selected for the Free REDclub promo. Dial *675# or *777# to
access your exclusive REDclub plans.”
Upon dialing *675#, the first four menus will display the default REDclub options.
5. With my free access, will the REDclub plans be free as well?
No. Only the subscription to REDclub is FREE. You still need to purchase any of the exclusive plans in the REDclub menu. When you dial *675# or *777#, only the REDclub plans will be displayed as the default menu for Data, 1TOK and Happy Hour.
6. What plans are exclusive to REDclub?
Below are the exclusive REDclub offers;
7. Is the International Voice Bundle (IVB) included in the REDclub menu for exclusive voice bundles?
Yes. As of 17 April 2024, the IVB plan is available to customers with an active REDclub access.
Steps to activate IVB:
1. Dial *675# for the default REDclub menu
2. Select Happy Hour, Voice & SMS option
3. Press 0 for Next
4. Select 5 for International Voice Bundle
5. Press 1 to Get 50Min International Voice Bundle for K17
6. Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation

8. Can I use the voice bundles purchased through REDclub to make calls to other local mobile
networks?
No, the voice bundles purchased through REDclub’s 1TOK and voice plans are only applicable for
Digicel to Digicel calls. The normal call rate will apply for calls to other local networks.
9. Am I included in the campaign even if I had purchased a 30 Day REDclub subscription earlier this month?
You are included if you reside in Port Moresby and had received an SMS notification from 400 about the campaign. Once the paid subscription expires, you can then enjoy free access to the REDclub menu.
10. Is rollover supported for data plans in REDclub?
No, rollover is not applicable for this campaign.
11. Is Gifting included in REDclub plans?
No. Gifting is not applicable to REDclub exclusive plans.
12. Is REDclub available to new SIM Swap users?
Yes, customers who swap their SIMs for a new Digicel SIM in other centers can enjoy FREE REDclub subscription valid for 90 days, 5GB open data valid for 3 days and 30Day Premium pass for DigicelTV App. Offer is subject to change in the near future.
