How do I activate a data plan using a dial code?
  1. Dial *675# to access the prepaid menu.
  2. Select the Data menu option.
  3. Choose your desired validity and data bundle.
  4. Press 1 to confirm your purchase and wait for the SMS confirmation.
How do I buy a plan in MyDigicel App?
  1. Open MyDigicel App and log in.
  2. Select Plans & Bundles.
  3. Select Available Plans.
  4. Select Bikpla Data.
  5. Choose your desired validity and data bundle.
  6. Confirm your purchase as prompted and wait for your SMS confirmation.
Are 1TOK bundles included in the upgrade?
Yes. The data bundles within 1TOK Prime Bundles are included in the upgraded data portfolio. Select 1TOK Combo plans above to compare the updated data, voice and SMS allowances.
Can I gift a data bundle to someone else?
Yes. You can gift a data bundle to someone with a Digicel PNG number.
Does my unused data roll over?
Yes, if you activate the same plan within 24 hours after your last plan expires. Any remaining data will be added to your new data bundle.
What are the upgraded plans?
There are 10 Data plans, from K1 to K300, and 6 1TOK Combo plans, from K3 to K200. View all plans and allowances using the selector above.
